1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wk333 ("wk333", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online betting and gaming platform. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the wk333 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, promotional offers, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. 2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a wk333 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions are permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or intermediary for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of wk333 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the wk333 Platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative closure.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

wk333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one wk333 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. wk333 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts held by that individual may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration flow. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. wk333 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

wk333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or bonus credits are released:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits)

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in your own name. Processing time for KYC submissions is typically 24–72 hours during business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. wk333 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified wk333 of a security breach promptly. You should contact wk333 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

wk333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. Additional payment options may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your wk333 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. wk333 does not impose a processing fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours from the time the request is submitted. During periods of high volume or during public holidays in Bangladesh, processing may take up to 24 hours. wk333 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

4.4 Refused Transactions

wk333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds associated with refused transactions will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete the registration process and make a first qualifying deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically within 60 seconds of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only; existing accounts that are closed and re-opened are not eligible.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by wk333, including the welcome bonus, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and reload bonuses, are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page of the Platform. In the absence of specific promotion terms, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wk333 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using automated scripts or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets across the same market to guarantee risk-free completion of wagering requirements (known as "bonus washing"); and providing false information to claim a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, wk333 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and to permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

wk333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use at the time of the change. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid will be announced separately and are subject to their own specific terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on wk333 are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the market in question. These rules are published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. wk333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or incorrect match conditions.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and settlement. wk333 cannot guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed will stand regardless of subsequent market suspensions unless the event is voided under section 6.3.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play; the event is not completed within the specified settlement timeframe; the market was offered with an obvious pricing error; or a match is determined to have been affected by corruption or match-fixing in accordance with rulings by the relevant sporting authority (ICC, FIFA, World Rugby, etc.).

6.4 Maximum Winnings

wk333 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport and market type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the Sports Rules section. In the event that a bet is settled at an amount exceeding the applicable maximum, wk333 reserves the right to adjust the payout to the applicable maximum limit.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and card games available on wk333 are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, Spribe, and NetEnt. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) figures, which are accessible within the game interface.

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by trained live dealers in controlled studio environments. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by wk333 or by the player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other competitive game format
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wk333 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or access controls using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means

9 Responsible Gaming

wk333 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behaviour among all its players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered account holder at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 1 to 30 days without permanently closing it. Reactivation is not possible until the cooling-off period expires.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of wk333's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate account termination.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wk333 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or errors caused by circumstances beyond wk333's reasonable control (including internet outages, server failures, or acts of God)
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from your ineligibility to use the Platform
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers or game suppliers

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, wk333's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

wk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wk333 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wk333 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and wk333 shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact wk333 support at [email protected] and allow wk333 a period of 30 calendar days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. wk333 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded by contract.
